Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy

Exchanging a product
If a book received is faulty or does not match the order placed, the customer may
request an exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Refund
A refund is only possible if the product is out of stock or in the event of an error
delivery or a fault found in the work delivered.

Return Policy

The returned book must be in its original condition, with no damage or signs of use.
