1. Submission of applications
Please complete the form or send your manuscript by email.
2. Project analysis
Our editorial board will carefully consider your proposal.
3. Signing the contract
Once approved, we will proceed to sign the publishing contract
4. Production & Publication
Layout, proofreading, printing and distribution of your book.

Submission of applications
Submit your project via the online form or by email to auteurs@chapitrepublication.com
- Surname, first name and full contact details
- Theme and summary of the book
- Contents and biography
- Languages: FR, EN, AR or others
Step 2
Project study
Our editorial board examines each proposal with the utmost care. We assess the quality of the content, the relevance of the subject matter and the book’s potential.
Once your manuscript has been approved, we will contact you to discuss the next steps and answer any questions you may have.
Step 3
Signing of the contract
Once your project has been accepted, we will send you a publishing contract setting out the terms of our collaboration. This contract covers all aspects of the publication.
As soon as we receive the signed contract, please send us your complete manuscript so that we can begin the editorial process.
Step 4
Production and publication
Our team handles the entire process:
- ISBN allocation and professional typesetting.
- High-quality cover design and printing.
- Legal deposit; national and international distribution.
