Article 1: Purpose<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all sales of books and publications made via the website https:\/\/chapitrepublication.com<\/a><\/strong>. Any customer placing an order on the website accepts these terms and conditions in full and without reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 2: Products and Prices<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Products:<\/strong> The books offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible (titles, authors, summaries).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Price:<\/strong> The prices of our products are shown in Algerian dinars (\u062f.\u062c)<\/strong> including all taxes (TTC), excluding any contribution towards postage and delivery costs. Chapitre Publication reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Article 3: Order and Confirmation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The customer confirms their order by clicking the button \u201cConfirm order\u201d<\/strong> at the final stage of the shopping basket. An order summary is sent to them by email. Chapitre Publication reserves the right not to process a payment or confirm an order in the event of an item being out of stock or a problem with the delivery address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Article 4: Payment Terms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    In line with standard practice in online commerce in Algeria, the following payment methods are accepted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Cash on Delivery:<\/strong> The customer pays the total amount of their order directly in cash to the delivery driver upon receipt of their books.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • [Optional \u2013 edit if applicable]<\/em> : BaridiMob or CCP bank transfer (instructions will be displayed upon confirmation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Article 5: Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Products are delivered to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. Delivery times vary depending on the destination wilaya in Algeria. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed clearly before the order is finally confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Article 6: Right of Withdrawal and Returns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Due to the nature of the products (books), returns are only accepted in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • The book received has a major printing or publishing fault.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The book I received is not the one I ordered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Any complaints should be sent by email to contact@chapitrepublication.com<\/strong> within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, together with photographs of the product in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Article 7: Governing Law and Disputes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        These terms and conditions of sale are subject to the applicable legislation. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. If no agreement can be reached, the matter will be referred to the competent courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
